Best Places to Shop in Cincinnati

Cincinnati Ohio is the State’s largest metropolitan area and third largest city. While there isn’t a record amount of shopping available for a metro area of its size, Cincinnati does its best to keep residents and visitors alike looking fashionable.

Downtown Cincinnati is best known for its architecture, restaurants, events, and ballparks, but it’s also where you’ll find some great shopping. Saks Fifth Avenue, Macy’s Fountain Place, Tiffany & Co, and a selection of other stores make shopping in downtown a fantastic way to spend an afternoon in Cincinnati. But if you prefer to spend your hard earned dollars all in one massive building, we highly recommend you check out Kenwood Towne Centre northeast of downtown, which serves as Cincinnati’s most upscale mall. Here you’ll find a selection of around 180 stores, including Dillard’s, Macy’s and Nordstrom.

Other worthy shopping destinations pocketed throughout the Cincinnati metro area include Crestview Hills Town Center, located southwest of Cincinnati in Crestview Hill Kentucky, which is home to such familiar brands as Dillard’s, Sephora, LOFT, DSW, Charming Charlie and more. And Rookwood Commons & Pavilion, located northeast of downtown. Rookwood is home to some 70 stores including Ann Taylor, Eddie Bauer, and Nordstrom Rack. There are some great restaurants at Rookwood as well. Other more traditional neighborhood malls include the EastGate Mall (east of downtown Cincinnati), the Tri County Mall (north of downtown), the Northgate Mall (northwest of downtown), and the Florence Mall in Florence Kentucky. You might also like the Deerfield Towne Center, located north of Cincinnati in Mason. The mall is home to popular retailers such as Bed, Bath & Beyond, ULTA, Gymboree, and Charming Charlie.

Rounding out your Cincinnati shopping experience is the Cincinnati Premium Outlets Mall, located in the town of Monroe, north of the City. Here you’ll find all your favorite outlet mall brands and then some.
